Notes To Advice Fees Schedule
Personal advice is advice based upon your specific objectives and circumstances. General advice is advice with regard to the merits of a particular investment or financial strategy but does not take into account your specific objectives and circumstances.
Brokerage is for transactions in listed securities conducted on a stock exchange. Off Market transactions are any transactions for listed securities including corporate actions and off market transfers that are not conducted on a stock exchange. Placement of unlisted investment transactions is for unlisted investments e.g. term deposits and managed funds.
Fees are on a per annum (invoiced monthly) basis and are based upon the value of your portfolio subject to the minimum fee. Brokerage, Off Market Transactions and Placement of Unlisted Investments Transactions fees are flat regardless of the value of the transaction.
This is a one off flat fee regardless of the value of your assets. It is discounted by 50% where you are a Proactive Portfolio Management and General Financial Strategy Advice clients. There are no separate Personal Financial Strategy Advice fees for Proactive Portfolio Management and Proactive Personal Financial Strategy Advice clients.
Brokerage is based upon the value of the transaction subject to the minimum brokerage for on market transactions and is a flat fee for off market transactions and placement of unlisted investments. Where the share transaction is execution only and no investment advice is given the brokerage rate is reduced to 1.1% of the value of the transaction subject to minimum brokerage for transactions under $10,000 and 0.55% on the value of any transaction over $10,000.. All share transaction advice is on a general advice basis only.
